Turkish Rice Pudding Recipe
Rice Pudding has a great value in Turkish Kitchen. Almost all women cook Turkish Rice Pudding as a desert after the meal or a snack for their children, husbands, guests or themselves. Additionally it is a great option for the babies six month old with the nutritional value.
Turks
would usually like to serve Turkish Rice Pudding with hazelnut or cinnamon on
it and if possible, cook with the raw milk.

Ingredients
* 2 kg Milk
* 2,5 Cup Sugar (200 ml water glass)
* 1
Cup Rice ( 200 ml water glass)
* ¼ table spine salt
Directions
- Put whole milk into a large pot to boil.
- Fold rice to milk.
- Mix every 10 minute.
- Boil Milk on low heat 30 minute. Be careful about the overflow.
- 30 Minute later add sugar in to the pot and mix well.
- Cook on low heat 20 minute more.
- At least close the heat and add the salt.
- Serve after became cold.
