Super Easy Turkish Baklava with Tehina ( Ground Suseme Seeds)




Turkish Baklava has a very large place in Turkish Cuisine. Most popular desert and has lots of different types. In this post I am going to show you how to cook Turkish Baklava in super easy way. You can serve this easy Turkish Baklava hot or cold but in Turkey it is preferred to serve medium hot.

When you taste this Turkish Baklava recipe you will love this and believe that it has no difference with original recipe. It is super-fast and easy Turkish Baklava Recipe.

In this baklava recipe we are going to use Tehina which is very popular to use in Turkish Kitchenette.  

Tehina is produced from ground sesame seeds and has very good benefits on human metabolism. Some researches proofed that Tehina has positive effects on intoxication.

You can cook this recipe more than need and keep in refrigerated up to 3 month.

Ingredients

Tehina (up to you but ¾ cups of Tehina for each dough) 

Sugar (¾ cups of Sugar for each dough)

Walnut (min ½ cups of Walnut for each dough)

Powdered Sugar (Up to wish)

Directions                                                 

Open the phyllo dough and cover all over with Tehina
Dust all over with Sugar
Dust all over with Walnut
Roll the dough perfectly
Slice which size you prefer
Cook 15-20 minute in 180 degree heated Owen
